2. Contact and quotation-request forms
Data submitted through the contact and quick-contact forms are used to answer the enquiry, clarify requirements, prepare a quotation and make the requested follow-up contact.

3. Direct email and telephone contact
Personal data provided by email or telephone are processed for the same purposes and on the same legal bases as enquiries submitted through the forms. As a general rule, retention is limited to one year after closure of the enquiry, unless contractual, accounting or legal obligations require a longer period.
4. Technical data, logs and cookies
When the website is served, the hosting provider may process technical and security logs, including IP address, request time, browser and device data, and the requested URL. The purposes are website operation, security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Technical data are retained for the period defined in the hosting agreement and security policies.
The current website theme does not contain visitor analytics or marketing tracking code. WordPress and essential security functions may use technically necessary cookies. If analytics, marketing or other non-essential cookies are introduced later, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated accordingly.
5. Processor and recipients
Personal data may be accessed by authorised IVP Solution Zrt. personnel who need it for their duties. Rackhost Zrt. (6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos körút 41, Hungary; info@rackhost.hu) may act as processor for hosting and email services. We do not sell the data or use it for newsletters without a separate subscription.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
The current operation of the website does not involve planned transfers of personal data to recipients outside the European Economic Area. If a future service or plugin results in such a transfer, this notice will be updated before the service is enabled.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of processing; where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object; and where the legal conditions are met, you may exercise the right to data portability. Requests may be sent to office@ivpzrt.eu. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month.
8. Complaints and remedies

We update this notice when our processing practices, website functions, service providers or the legal environment change. The current version is always available on this page.
